Your satisfaction is our highest priority, if you are not happy with the product that you have purchased from us, you can get your money back no questions asked. To start a return, you can email us at info@theholylandshop.com. Once your return is approved, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to mail your package.
You are eligible for a full reimbursement within seven days of your purchase. After the seven day period (of receiving your item) you will no longer be eligible and won't be able to receive a refund.
We encourage our customers to inspect their package as soon as they receive it to check for any shipping damages & ensure it meets their expectations. Please note; in case of a refund, the customer is responsible for any shipping fees.
Please report to us any damages that may have occurred during the shipping process. Reports have to be made within 24 hours of receiving the item. A detailed description of the damage (including photos) must be submitted to us via email so that we can evaluate the damage and solve any issues.
